A listing that has been relisted after a cancellation is a fundamentally different negotiation than one that just hit the market at an aggressive price.<\/p>\n

Real estate is illiquid. Buying and selling inside two years is almost always a money-losing proposition once you account<\/a> for the full cost of both transactions. None of that means do not buy. It means be honest about your time horizon before you commit.<\/p>\n

Buyers who take the time to prepare<\/a> before they start looking tend to find that opportunities exist<\/a> even when conditions<\/a> look difficult<\/a> on paper. Before you commit to a direction, browsing homes for sale and market resources<\/a> can sharpen your picture<\/a> of what is actually available in your price range.
