Gambling huge Ladbrokes Coral<\/a> remains in “detailed” talks over a takeover<\/a> by online rival<\/a> GVC over a deal that could value the group at approximately \u20a4 3.9 bn.<\/p>\n

Under the proposals, GVC – which owns the Bwin and Sportingbet brand names – would hold 53.5% of the combined group.<\/p>\n
